📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and coordinate construction teams, including subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation as required.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their expectations are met.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in exhibition construction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in exhibition construction or a similar field.
• Proven experience as a Field Supervisor or Construction Manager.
• Strong knowledge of construction software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
• Certification in Safety Management (e.g., OSHA, SMM) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with exhibition standards and regulations is a plus.
