📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the EV pool including sales, customer service, and vehicle maintenance
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely and efficient vehicle distribution
• Manage fleet maintenance schedules and ensure vehicles are in optimal condition
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain operational excellence
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the automotive or logistics industry
• Proven experience in managing EV fleets or similar operations
• Strong knowledge of EV technology and industry standards
