📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments and collections.
• Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including budget forecasts and variance analysis.
• Provide support to the finance team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Participate in the preparation of financial analysis and projections for the company.
• Support the finance team in the preparation of internal financial controls and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
