📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use.
• Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and extend vehicle lifespan.
• Conduct regular inspections and servicing of vehicles, in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
• Liaise with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including road safety laws, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, understanding their specific needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Track and analyze vehicle usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the operations team to optimize vehicle deployment and minimize downtime.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Vehicle Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing and maintaining a fleet of vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using fleet management software, such as FleetComplete, Geotab, or similar.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
