You'll also manage our purchasing processes, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring we have the right inventory to support our culinary operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee the purchasing process, including vendor negotiations, order placement, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and purchasing regulations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and purchasing, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
