📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records using hotel management software.
• Handle front desk operations, including key card distribution and room assignments.
• Assist with guest transportation arrangements and local tour bookings.
• Monitor front desk area for security and safety, reporting any concerns to the appropriate authorities.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued throughout their stay.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front office or hospitality role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Valid ID and work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
