📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand user needs and business goals.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for our products.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Ensure consistency in the design language across all products.
  • Mentor and support junior designers in the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to the growth of the design community at Stripe.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product design or a similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Experience with user research and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
