📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the procurement process, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the global team to ensure timely and accurate sourcing of IoT products.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
  • Provide support in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on IoT or technology products.
  • Excellent Mandarin and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with global procurement processes and practices.
