📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement media outreach strategies to secure coverage for VA Masters campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers in the travel and hospitality industry.
• Coordinate press releases, media kits, and other promotional materials.
• Assist in the planning and execution of media events and interviews.
• Monitor media coverage and provide regular reports on campaign performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in media relations.
• Support the marketing team in social media management using Hootsuite and Canva.
• Contribute to the creation of engaging content for our digital platforms.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in media relations, public relations, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with media relations software and tools such as Meltwater, Cision, or similar.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
