📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily online shop operations, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Use Shopify to handle transactions, manage products, and analyze sales data.
• Conduct market research and identify sales opportunities to drive business growth.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or administrative roles, preferably in e-commerce.
• Proficient in using Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
• Valid SIM card and reliable transportation to commute to the office.
