📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards and curriculum.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment that promotes social-emotional development and respect for diversity.
• Assist in the development and implementation of our preschool and kindergarten programs, ensuring they meet the unique needs of each child.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to maintain open lines of communication and provide updates on each child's progress.
• Monitor and assess children's development, providing feedback and support to parents and guardians as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, research, and best practices in early childhood education, and incorporate them into our programs.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and staff training to ensure the continued growth and success of our programs.
• Promote a positive, can-do attitude and teamwork among staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in an early childhood education setting, preferably in a preschool or kindergarten environment.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development, curriculum standards, and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with parents, guardians, and colleagues.
• Passion for working with children, creativity, and a commitment to providing high-quality, child-centered education.
• Ability to adapt to the ever-changing needs of young children and their families.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
