As a Draughtsman at Link Design Studio, you'll use industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to produce high-quality technical drawings. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain accurate and detailed architectural and technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure that drawings reflect the intended design
• Prepare construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback and design changes
• Ensure that all drawings comply with relevant industry standards and regulations
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and construction contracts
• Maintain and organize digital and physical drawing files
• Participate in design meetings and contribute to the overall design process

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural and technical drafting
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Strong understanding of architectural and technical drawing standards and conventions
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with construction documentation and tendering processes
