📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide timely updates on shipments and deliveries, keeping clients informed throughout the process.
• Assist in coordinating logistics operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests using our CRM system, Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and warehouse staff, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and customer service.
• Contribute to the development of customer service strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, particularly in the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain software, such as SAP or Oracle.
