As the Head of Multi-Business Legal Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the legal operations of our subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. You will work closely with senior management to provide strategic legal advice and support, while also mentoring and developing the legal teams within each subsidiary.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement legal strategies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Oversee the legal operations of 40+ subsidiaries, providing strategic guidance and support
• Provide high-level legal advice to senior management, ensuring that all legal matters are addressed proactively
• Monitor and manage legal risks, ensuring that the group is well-positioned to mitigate potential liabilities
• Ensure that all legal documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements
• Foster a culture of legal excellence within the group, promoting best practices and continuous improvement
• Serve as the board's trusted legal advisor, providing expert guidance on complex legal matters
• Mentor and develop the legal teams within each subsidiary, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior legal role, with a proven track record of success
• In-depth knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and risk management
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to provide high-level legal advice to senior management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Proven ability to mentor and develop legal teams, fostering a culture of legal excellence
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian
• Certified in at least one relevant legal certification, such as the Certified Corporate Compliance Professional (CCCP) or the Certified Legal Risk Manager (CLRM)
