📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Conduct regular audits to assess warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
