As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to carry out their duties to the best of their ability.,Ensure that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed, using the latest technology and software.,Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and production, to ensure that the warehouse is stocked with the correct inventory and that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.,Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to ensure the safety of all warehouse staff.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities, ensuring that they are in good working order and that any necessary repairs or maintenance are carried out in a timely manner.,Work with suppliers to ensure that inventory is received and stored in a timely and efficient manner.,Ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is highly desirable.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a team and manage multiple priorities.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
