📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services,Collaborate with engineers and developers to ensure technical accuracy,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and consistency,Work with marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and technical writing tools,Strong understanding of software and hardware products,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Familiarity with XML, HTML, and other markup languages is a plus
