As a Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a pleasant shopping experience. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing product information, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information,Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store,Restock shelves and ensure adequate stock levels,Handle cash transactions and provide change,Promote products and special offers to customers,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the best of your ability,Work with the team to achieve daily sales targets,Assist with the setup and breakdown of the store for events and promotions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with basic computer skills and point of sale systems,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
