📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and maintain project schedules using advanced scheduling tools and software.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve schedule conflicts and ensure on-time completion.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and milestones.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for schedule-related risks.
• Collaborate with other project managers to align schedules and resources.
• Provide guidance and support to junior schedulers and project team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in scheduling and project management in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
