Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.Monitor and evaluate the performance of the operations team, providing feedback and guidance as needed.Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that will help the company achieve its goals and objectives.Ensure that all operations are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.Identify and address any operational issues or challenges that may arise.Develop and implement training programs to ensure that the operations team is up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.Proven track record of success in operational management.Strong understanding of operational management principles and best practices.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong understanding of the industry and relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.Fluency in both written and spoken English.🛠️ Keahlian
