📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the Post-Merger Integration (PMI) process for acquired businesses, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.,Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and maximize value for Grab.,Oversee the integration of acquired businesses, including people, processes, and systems, to ensure alignment with Grab's culture and values.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners.,Monitor and report on the progress of PMI activities, providing regular updates to senior management and the board of directors.,Identify and mitigate risks associated with the integration process, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record of leading and managing complex business integrations.,Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with the transportation and technology industry is a plus.
