📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants.,Conduct regular financial audits and reviews.,Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
