Cyber Smart Network Asia is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement account strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and customer expectations.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.,Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of cybersecurity solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity to provide valuable insights and recommendations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including C-level executives and key decision-makers.,Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals and secure contracts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field in the cybersecurity industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing accounts within the cybersecurity sector.,Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, products, and services.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
