PT Oryza Mandiri is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. This is a remote position based in Makassar. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide product information.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Restock and organize products as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the best of your ability.,Assist with inventory management and reporting.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent.,Experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and English is a plus.,Willingness to work remotely and follow company policies and procedures.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.
