Point Space Indonesia is looking for a dedicated F&B Service professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage services to our customers. This is a remote position, and you will be based in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. We offer a competitive salary package and a supportive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and equipment.,Assist in the preparation of food and beverages, including cooking, baking, and mixing.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.,Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.,Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.,Keep accurate records of food and beverage sales and inventory.,Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in F&B service or related roles is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.,Familiarity with basic food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
