📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source and screen candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements.

  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in recruitment and continuously improve recruitment processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
