PT Property Visi is seeking a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our property management activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate property maintenance and repair activities,Oversee the daily operations of the property, including cleaning, security, and guest services,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery,Monitor and maintain property records and documentation,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests,Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related field,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Familiarity with property management software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel within Bali
