📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Train and mentor junior warehouse staff to ensure high performance standards.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to management.,Resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or similar roles.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Experience in fashion or retail industry is a plus.
