📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and coordinate internal audit activities, including planning, execution, and reporting.,Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Identify risks and opportunities for improvement in our operations.,Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and the audit committee.,Develop and implement internal audit policies, procedures, and standards.,Provide training and guidance to internal audit staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integrity of financial and operational processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, or CMA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
