📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and technologies.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.,Knowledge of IT security best practices and technologies.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and customer service skills.
