Depot Fitri Dental Clinic is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and contributing to the overall success of our dental clinic. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both in-office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Oversee store staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Conduct regular stock checks and reordering as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.,Participate in training and development programs for store staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Understanding of dental products and services is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
