📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity
• Create and distribute internal communications, including newsletters, social media content, and event announcements
• Organize and facilitate team-building activities and events to foster a sense of community
• Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and insights from employees
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their needs and develop targeted communication plans
• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to track the effectiveness of initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in employee engagement and internal communications
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to employee engagement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or internal communications
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful employee engagement and internal communications strategies
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other HR-related software such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content and initiatives
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
