📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the distribution network in Jakarta Selatan, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of products to retailers and distributors.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the distribution network, focusing on cost efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sales growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors, fostering long-term partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing distribution networks.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in using distribution management software such as SAP, JDA, or similar tools.
