📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and implement training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Assess learning needs and develop training materials to meet those needs.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Provide feedback and support to employees to help them improve their performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are integrated into the overall business strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Report on the progress and outcomes of training programs to senior management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.
  • Ability to travel as required.
