Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all activities are aligned with our strategic goals and objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring that the company is operating within budget and achieving its financial targets.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and that the company is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, building relationships and promoting the company's brand.,Develop and implement training programs to help employees improve their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong background in management and leadership, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.,Experience in managing and mentoring a team of managers and supervisors.,Strong financial management and analysis skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze financial performance.,Experience in developing and implementing training programs to help employees improve their skills and knowledge.,Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements, and the ability to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
