Smart Space Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Deputy Butler to join our team in Jambi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Butler in managing day-to-day operations of the property,Provide personalized service to guests and residents, including but not limited to, arranging transportation, managing schedules, and coordinating events,Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the living spaces,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly,Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, if required,Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Butler

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must,Previous experience in a luxury or high-end property is a plus
