📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue business opportunities to support the growth of PT. Properti Jam Kerja's property development projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and partners.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the property development industry.
• Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the successful execution of property development projects.
• Monitor and analyze project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the property development sector.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and plans for PT. Properti Jam Kerja.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the property development industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the property development industry, including market trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
