📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and update software and operating systems.,Backup and restore data as needed.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems.,Document IT processes and procedures.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.,Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network protocols and technologies.,Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.,Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.,Good problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
