📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Develop and implement strategic plans to improve restaurant performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.,Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing development and improvement.,Work closely with the company's management team to align restaurant operations with overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
